New Consultant Announcement
Waterford Global Inc. is pleased to announce that it has recently added Steven Maxted to its team to serve as the firm’s Global Agriculture Lead.
Steven brings over 10 years of experience in the agriculture industry to his new role. Prior to joining Waterford Global Inc.’s team, Steven developed his professional skills within some of the world’s leading agriculture companies where he gained significant experience in relation to crop production optimization, logistics management, supply chain management and the sale and distribution of various ag-related products (including seed, nutritional inputs and crop protection chemicals). His career path has also given him exposure to the rapidly developing tech and e-commerce sides of the agriculture industry, and a working knowledge of the issues faced by start-ups in both ag and manufacturing.
Steven will now be applying his extensive knowledge of the agriculture industry to the efficient delivery of ag-related recruitment services. He enjoys working with clients who are driven to succeed and he is excited about the changes that are occurring, and the advances that are being made, in the agriculture sector. These changes bring opportunity, and Steven is well-equipped to help clients overcome the recruitment challenges that accompany them.
Outside of his professional life, Steven puts an emphasis on health and wellness as part of his daily routine. He also enjoys giving his support to the broader community whenever possible, which he does by volunteering his time to a variety of causes.
Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture (Agribusiness) Degree, with a major in Economics, that he received from the University of Manitoba.
“We are excited to have Steven join our team at Waterford Global Inc. He complements our client-focused culture, and his impressive experience and track record in the agriculture and manufacturing sectors make him the right addition to our team as we continue to support agriculture and manufacturing organizations globally in their efforts to help feed the world.” – Karen Swystun, CEO Waterford Global Inc.
